We do not operate a telephone line. Everything is handled by email so that both of us have a written record.

Returns, cancellations and faults

You have a 14-day right to cancel for any reason, and separate rights if something is faulty or not as described. Both are explained in full, including the cancellation form, in our Refund Policy.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email us with “Complaint” in the subject line. We acknowledge within one working day and give a full response within 14 days. Our complaints procedure, and details of free independent consumer advice, are on our Contact Information page.
